J-P Balmet has been in the contracting business since 1984 and has held numerous positions from being in the field, to Project Management, Service, Sales and General Management. He has worked with many types and differing sizes of customers varying from single footprint businesses to large scale, multi-building campuses over the years. He has had experience working in and around both his direct customers and the clients that they serve. J-P and his team are dedicated to understanding the customer’s needs and expectations and providing a consistent and reliable product and service.

Joren Balmet, the field supervisor, has been with CGLM since 2018. He has experience on various sites ranging from residential to industrial and commercial jobs. Joren has a high standard of excellence and holds the team to this same standard. His enjoyment of the outdoors is expressed through well cared landscapes and hardscapes.

After accomplishing a 4-year college degree, Marc Balmet owned and operated a local Landscape maintenance business independently since 2012, and joined forces with Country Gardens in 2014. He has extensive landscape maintenance and management experience, and has an eye for design.

Stephani Balmet has been the administrative assistant since 2017. Stephani handles all the insurance requirements and the various paperwork to insure that the company is running smoothly and is meeting the needs of our customers.
